First Time Logging In?

If this is your first time logging in you will need your card number and PIN.

If you activated your card over the phone, your PIN is the 4-digit number you chose when you activated your card

If you have not yet activated your card by phone, your temporary PIN is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (or the last 4 digits of whatever number you used when you enrolled for the card).

Once you enter your temporary PIN and click LOG IN, you will be asked to choose a 4-digit PIN. Choose a number you can easily remember but that others will not guess. Your PIN will be used to access on-line account information, withdraw money from an ATM and for point-of-service purchases when you use a keypad and do not sign for purchases.
